what i'm looking forward to about spring:
♥ leaving my embarrassing inverting umbrella at home
♥ spring cleaning (you wish mum!)
♥ the smell of freshly mown grass
♥ strawberries and mangos
♥ being able to wear sunnies at brunch after a big night without looking like a dick
♥ flowers blooming outside my window to cover the blank fence
♥ letting my feet see the sun
♥ good excuse to buy new clothes
♥ eating dinner outside while it's still light
♥ riding my bike
♥ people smiling on the way to work
♥ wearing dresses

What's your favourite thing about spring?
spring racing, dresses starting to appear in my favourite shops, sitting on a sunny sunday outside having a drink with friends, that little extra bit of good mood that's around on a monday morning at work, walks on the beach...

I don't have four seasons from where I come from. But I like what you have shared. It seems as if you are sensing that there is going to be a change in your mood with the coming of spring.
ReplyDeleteIt's turning into Autumn where I live. Spring is my favorite season though. Whenever I think of it, I think of the renewal of so many species. I think of lady bugs and dandelions coming to life. I think of white daisy blossoms, and warm mud between my toes.
